Milwaukee’s 2026 Concrete Tools Now Carry Real Prices

Milwaukee Tool priced its MX Fuel 27 lb SDS Max demolition hammer kit at $2,199 and posted it as available in early September 2026. The 18 lb M18 kit, promised for the same window at World of Concrete 2026, is still marked coming soon on Milwaukee’s own product page.

The rest of that show-floor stack now has shelf prices too. Almost every advertised chip rate and cut count is written around Forge packs, VacLink dust, and One-Key tracking, and the 27 lb hammer does not share batteries with the M18 saws and rotary hammers beside it.

Nine Tools, Two Battery Families, One Bill

World of Concrete 2026 put nine Milwaukee SKUs on a single concrete calendar: two demo hammers, two SDS Max rotary hammers, three circular saws, a four-bay Super Charger, and a bigger Roll-On power supply. March through July dates have turned into listings. September was supposed to finish the set with the 18 lb M18 hammer. That last tool has a spec sheet and a notify button, not a checkout price.

The split that matters on a slab is the battery family. MX Fuel runs the 27 lb hammer. M18 Forge HD12.0 packs run the rotary hammers, the 18 lb demo hammer, and the new saws. A crew that buys both heavy hitters is buying two chargers and two spare-pack drawers, which is the quiet invoice under the launch.

FROM THE SHOW FLOOR TO THE SHELF

1. March 2026: Milwaukee targets the 2918 1-3/4 inch SDS Max rotary hammer.
2. April 2026: The 2917 1-9/16 inch rotary hammer and the 3301R Roll-On are due.
3. May 2026: The 2931 7-1/4 inch rear-handle circular saw with One-Key is due.
4. June 2026: The MX 27 lb hammer, the 3026 10-1/4 inch saw, and the four-bay Super Charger are due.
5. July 2026: The 2835 7-1/4 inch sidewinder with One-Key is due.
6. September 2026: The 3018 18 lb M18 SDS Max demolition hammer is due, and Milwaukee’s site still lists it as coming soon.

Retail tags now sit next to those months. Some dealers show the MX kit ready to ship. Others still show it out of stock. The Roll-On, promised for April, has been sitting on special-order lists into September at a dealer price of $8,999.

THE 2026 SHELF CARD

Kit prices for the rotary hammers include two Forge HD12.0 packs and a Rapid Charger. The MX kit includes one XC8.0 pack and an MX Rapid Charger. Those are not interchangeable bricks.

The 27 lb MX Hammer Is $2,199

Milwaukee’s press note puts 26.1 Joules of impact energy (19.3 ft-lbs) in the MXF365 and calls that corded-class hitting without a cord, a generator, or an outlet hunt. Paired with the MX Fuel Redlithium Forge XC8.0 pack, the company says the hammer chips 1.5 tons per charge, equal to a 63-foot trench 4 inches deep, or 33 minutes of continuous trigger time.

The tool-and-battery warranty is 2 years, shorter than the 5-year cover on the new M18 rotary hammers. The kit (MXF365-1XC) is the hammer, the XC8.0 pack, the MX Rapid Charger, a side handle, and a grease tube. Bare (MXF365-0) is $1,499. Home Depot has listed both. Acme Tools has shown the kit out of stock even after Milwaukee’s available post.

On the body: AVS anti-vibration, two speed modes, chisel rotation for walls and floors, a top handle, an LED, VacLink wireless dust control, and One-Key tracking. Weight is 27.6 lb as published, 29 inches tall and 9.6 inches wide. Push-button start is the MX habit, not a trigger you hold from a cold corded motor.

Thirty-three minutes on the XC8.0 is a swap interval, not an all-day replacement for a 120V SDS Max that sits on a reel. Anyone already running a corded Hilti in this class will stack that runtime against the $2,199 kit before the cord comes off the cart. VacLink still needs a compatible extractor on the other end of the hose, which is more money and more weight than the hammer photo shows.

Milwaukee Lists the 18 lb Hammer as Coming Soon

The M18 twin is the 3018, kitted as 3018-22HD with a Forge HD12.0 pack. Milwaukee’s product page still lists the 3018-22HD kit as coming soon and offers a notify form. No kit price is on that page.

The published hit is 11.4 ft-lbs (15.5 J), which Milwaukee says is harder than an 18 lb corded demo hammer. With the Forge HD12.0, it removes 1/3 ton per charge. VacLink, One-Key, AVS, multiple speeds, and a chisel lock are on the spec list. That is controlled chipping on floors, walls, and columns for crews already on M18, not a second MX battery drawer.

Milwaukee Tool posted an official coming-soon clip for the 3018 on August 13, 2026. The September window from the show has not produced a live buy button on the company site.

Until that kit is actually for sale, the 27 lb MX hammer is the only new cordless SDS Max demo tool from this drop that a buyer can put on a truck. It just will not charge on the Forge packs already in that truck.

What the New SDS Max Rotary Hammers Cost

The 2918 1-3/4 inch SDS Max rotary hammer is $849 as a bare tool (2918-20) and $1,199 as the 2918-22HD kit with two Forge HD12.0 packs and a Rapid Charger. Milwaukee rates it at 11 ft-lbs and calls it the hardest-hitting, fastest-drilling rotary hammer in its class. Tool-only weight is 17 lb, 21 lb with a battery. The 5-year tool warranty applies; the battery line on the press sheet is 3 years on the 2917 kit packs.

The smaller 2917 1-9/16 inch model is $599 bare (2917-20) and $949 as the 2917-22HD kit. Impact energy is 6 ft-lbs. Milwaukee says it drills more than 24 holes at 7/8 inch by 6 inches on one Forge HD12.0. Tool-only weight is 14 lb, 17 lb with a battery. Both hammers get AUTOSTOP kickback control, AVS, VacLink, and One-Key, and they sit on an M18 line Milwaukee now puts at 300+ solutions.

Those two SKUs are the ones that actually match how most concrete crews already buy Milwaukee: one 18-volt drawer, Forge packs, One-Key tags on the gang box. The 27 lb MX hammer is the outlier, and it is the one with a live kit price.

Framers Get a Cordless Saw That Clears 4x Stock

The 3026 is Milwaukee’s first battery 10-1/4 inch circular saw. Retailers list the bare 10-1/4 inch circular saw (3026-20) at $429 and the 3026-21HD kit at $599 with a Forge HD12.0, Rapid Charger, 28-tooth thick-kerf blade, bag, and vacuum adapter. Bare weight is 10.3 pounds. With the Forge HD12.0 it is 13.6 lb. Depth of cut is 3-13/16 inches at 90 degrees and 2-3/4 inches at 45, with bevel to 57 degrees, so 4x lumber is a single pass. Milwaukee claims 250 cuts in 4×4 per Forge HD12.0 charge and a 5-year limited tool warranty. AUTOSTOP shuts the saw down on a severe kickback.

A 10-1/4 inch blade is how you stop flipping 4x stock, and it is how a careful operator walks an LVL without a second pass. That is the saw in this drop that changes a framing or form deck. The MX hammer gets the louder launch; this one fits the packs already on the truck.

The One-Key 7-1/4 inch pair is the fleet upgrade on saws crews already own. The 2835-20 sidewinder is $349 bare, 6,000 RPM under load, 750 cuts per Forge HD12.0, VacLink, AUTOSTOP, One-Key. The 2931-21HD rear-handle kit is $549 with a Forge HD12.0 and Rapid Charger, same 6,000 RPM, 700 cuts per charge, same dust and kickback stack. Rear-handle is the worm-drive stance; the 3026 is that stance scaled to 4x.

Four Bays Charge Forge Packs in 90 Minutes

Home Depot lists the four-bay Packout Super Charger (48-59-1818) at $499. Milwaukee says it fills four M18 Forge HD12.0 packs to 100% in 90 minutes, and one Forge XC8.0 or HD12.0 to 80% in 35 minutes, with Cool-Cycle air on hot packs. Two bays are M18-only. Two are M18/M12 hybrids. Charge Adapt splits current across bays. The charger clicks into Packout and carries a 5-year limited warranty. Milwaukee calls the speed up to 10x a standard charger for four packs at once.

That $499 brick is how the 250-cut and 1/3-ton claims stay upright after lunch. Four HD12.0 packs are the real fuel budget for the new M18 hammers and saws. The MX 27 lb hammer does not sit on those bays. It wants the MX Rapid Charger that ships in the $2,199 kit.

The 3301R Roll-On is the corded-tool answer on a slab with no panel. Milwaukee rates it 7200W / 3600Wh with a 6 kWh pack, 2.4x the prior Roll-On’s runtime, two 20A GFCI duplex outlets, USB-C, and USB-A. Ohio Power Tool has listed it at $8,999 on special order, with ship windows that slipped past the April date from the show. At that money it is a crew generator stand-in, not a box a carpenter tosses in the van, and it is the piece of this launch that has moved the slowest.

VacLink and One-Key Ride With Every Kit

VacLink is a radio link from the tool trigger to a compatible extractor, so the vac starts when the hammer or saw starts. One-Key is inventory tracking and lockout on the same tools. Milwaukee put both on the MX 27 lb hammer, the 3018, both new rotary hammers, and the One-Key saws. Advertised runtime still assumes Forge XC8.0 or HD12.0 packs, not a random 5.0 sitting in the cab.

WHAT THE ADVERTISED NUMBERS REQUIRE

• Forge packs: 1.5 tons, 1/3 ton, 24 holes, 250 cuts, 700 cuts, and 750 cuts are all written on XC8.0 or HD12.0 cells.
• A matching charger: MX Rapid Charger for the 27 lb hammer, M18 Super Charger if you want four HD12.0 packs back in 90 minutes.
• A VacLink extractor: Wireless start does nothing unless a compatible vac is on the other end of the hose.
• One-Key on the phone: Tracking and lockout are built into the new hammers and the One-Key saws; they are unused without the account.
• Two platforms for mixed crews: MX Fuel and M18 do not share packs, so a 27 lb demo crew and an M18 rotary crew are two fuel systems.

That closed loop is the product. The hammers and saws are how Milwaukee gets it onto the slab. It also sits next to the company’s 2026 M18 and Packout launch, which is the same bet in storage and 18-volt tools rather than SDS Max.

The 27 lb MX kit is for sale at $2,199. The 18 lb M18 kit is not, on Milwaukee’s page. Crews that want the chip rates on the spec sheet are buying Forge packs and a dust extractor whether that was the plan or not.
